Hello DataJoe system users!
As you all know, DataJoe wears many hats in the system – Researcher, Reporter, Designer, Marketer … and now he can add one more hat – BLOGGER!
We’ve created this blog as an ultimate resource guide. As we continue to add more resources and more stories, you’ll be able to use this blog to find:
- Release Notes – We’ll be posting any updates to the system that we make and will tell you how they will affect you! We’ve also posted previous releases along with the dates the releases went out so that you have an archive of all the DJ4 system releases. All Release Notes have been put into the “DataJoe Releases” category, so to find that archive just click on the category link on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Interesting news articles or new research tools – Day-by-day we may run across something on the Web that we think you’d be interested in, too. If so, we’ll post on here and share them with you.
- Del.icio.us bookmarks – DataJoe has joined del.icio.us as well and has added a plethora of valuable links to Web sites that have been shared with us by our researchers. To find our del.icio.us page, click on the del.icio.us image link on the right-hand side of this screen, or go to del.icio.us/datajoe. You’ll be able to sort through sites by specific tags – so if you’re working on a health care list, for example, just click on the “health_care” tag and find related Web site resources. Most of the sites you find on here came from a handout at our DataJoe Research Workshops last year and if you’ve got more you want to share with us, so that we can, in turn share them with others, just let us know!
We hope that this blog can become a valuable resource for you and we hope you visit often!
Thanks,
The DataJoe Team
